Make a material list first

List plants, brush, sod, soil, edging, pots, lumber and packaging separately. A hauler can confirm what belongs in the same load and what needs another plan.

Protect the finished work

Choose a staging area that does not block new planting beds or force workers across fresh soil. Keep the carrying route wide enough for bins, tarps or hand trucks.

Time pickup around the project

A mid-project pickup can help when space is tight. A final pickup works well when all material can stay sorted and safely staged. Tell the crew about contractor schedules or access windows.
